| The Board is the ultimate decision making body of The Learning Trust under the contract with the London Borough of Hackney. The Board keeps the strategic direction of the company under review, supported by our Corporate Management Team.
The ultimate accountability and responsibility for the Learning Trust rests with the Board of Directors. The Boards is made up of Executive Directors (who are employees of The Learning Trust) and non-Executive Directors, who are independent of The Learning Trust. The Board, chaired by Richard Hardie, hold the management team accountable for the Trust's performance.
