| The aim of the Pilot Programme is to develop new provision that will attract new learners from different groups in the borough
to adult learning. In order to do this, a variety of pilot projects will be run to experiment with different approaches and innovative delivery models to engage priority groups. Support will be given
wherever possible to successful projects in order to help sustain them as part of future mainstream adult provision. Pilot projects will be developed in conjunction with local organisations who have a
reach into specific communities.
