Part of the community development outreach strategy is to work with the local community, to help develop local training and education programmes, while encouraging the community to become socially active. A major part of this work involves developing training and education opportunities on estates. This is a way of engaging people and breaking down barriers for residents who may be prevented from accessing educational opportunities.
