If you prefer us to deal with your complaint outside of the complaints process, we will work with you to achieve the best results.
To do this, you must work with the Education Adviser or other representative on this matter. You may also raise a complaint by completing the Comments, Compliments and Complaints and/or Feedback Forms available in the Resource Area and the Counselling Rooms or through any other consultation that is carried out.
If we have not been able to deal with your complaint informally, you may use the formal complaints process. However, if you prefer, you can use the formal complaint process first.
