Introduction

This page tells you how to complain about the service you receive, either informally or by using the formal complaints process.

The IAG Service, the Adult & Community Learning Service and the Directorate of Young People and Community want to know if you have any comments about our Service and we want to work with you to achieve the best solution.

If you are unhappy with the information you receive, the service you are getting or the promises we make to you, we would like to hear from you.

You can tell the IAG Service about you complaint informally or formally, whichever you prefer. You can ask for written information about how to complain if it is not given to you straightaway.

If you complain, either formally or informally, we can:

  • Listen and learn
  • Put things right
  • Improve the standards and quality of our work

We take your complaint seriously and we will work with you to sort it out.
