Time keeping
The IAG team offer a drop-in and an appointment service on most days. The drop-in service operates on a first come, first served basis. Appointments are time specific and appointment times are confirmed in writing at the time of contact. You should attend your appointment on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be treated as a drop-in.

Personal possessions
The IAG team will do everything it can to provide a safe environment whilst visiting the Service. However, it cannot be held responsible for the loss of personal belongings on its premises. Therefore, clients and other users of the Service are advised to keep their personal belongings with them at all times.

Use of Equipment and facilities
You may receive permission from Advisers to use facilities such as the photocopier, computers and other equipment that will assist you to reach your learning aspirations.

You will need to be clear about why and how long you wish to use these facilities. Use of equipment for reasons other than learning-related activities is not permitted.

Use of the telephone for personal call is not permitted.

Behaviour
It is very important that clients and other users of the Service observe high standards of behaviour and commitment to the Service offer. The Management of the Service will take a firm line in the unlikely event of any misconduct. For example, the Management will quickly address verbal and physical abuse of staff or other users of the Service, malicious damage, inappropriate use of facilities and failure to meet the requirements of access to the Service.
