What does the Early Years Team do?
The Early Years Team works with children under 5 who have disabilities or Special Educational Needs. They visit children in their home or in their pre-school setting.

They can offer suggestions and practical advice regarding activities to help your child's development. The Early Years Team link with other professionals who may be working with your child. They write reports and contribute to assessments.

The Early Years Team work closely with parents and carers in order to meet the needs of each child
