    The Hackney Schools Trailblazers Campaign was established to celebrate the educational achievements of Hackney's young people.

  • Transport Solutions
    Transporting over 400 Special Needs Children, to and from their allocated Schools every school-day, who have been "Statemented" by Special Educational Needs (SEN) Service with having disabilities and behaviour problems.

    Students are encouraged to take part in the extensive range of clubs and societies that schools have to offer, which take place within the lunch hour and after school.

    Supporting pregnant young people and young parents to remain and engage in education to increase their future life chances.

    Connexions is the government′s support service for all young people aged 13 to 19 in England.
  • Hackney Parent Partnership
    Hackney Parent Partnership Service offers information and support to parents/carers and their children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Independent Parent Supporters
    Independent Parent Supporters (IPS) support Parent Partnership Service (PPS) to help parents and carers of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) work with their children?s schools, The Learning Trust, neighbouring Local Authority, other Agencies and Services.
