| Children with medical problems will be educated wherever possible in mainstream schools. Schools have a designated teacher for supervising arrangements for such children. In consultation with the school nurse they will draw up an integrated care plan to minimise any educational disruption. Parents and carers can seek further advice from the Access Team Leader from the Inclusion Team
