Applications for places should be made directly to the school or college. Applications for places at Special Schools should go via the Special Educational Needs Team on 020 8820 7326. Applications generally open in the autumn term for courses starting the following September.
Below are the dates of open days which are also included as a printable sheet in the documents section on the right. Also included in the documents is a summary of the courses available at our schools and colleges.
Although you are required to participate in education or training until you are 18 you do not have to remain in school. Find out more
Most of our school sixth forms have high entry requirements. Colleges may have lower requirements or offer courses that will prepare you for A level study. If you are unlikely to achieve 5 or more GCSEs at grades A* to C you may like to look at our directory which includes a range of courses and apprenticeships at local colleges and providers.
